company Stateland Pty Ltd. They can be commended for choosing the superb elevated 2½ site, then
following up by setting very high standards in the construction and finish of the apartments and their
many excellent guest appointments.
The landscaped gardens and recreational areas of Oasis Palm Cove occupy 70% of the site and are
faithfully maintained in keeping with the expectations of their clientele. The gardens surround the
apartments and are home to prolific native birds, butterflies and wildlife. Walkways meander through
the gardens leading to the full size tennis court with lighting for night tennis then further on to the
magnificent 25 metre lap pool.
